Abstract 

The multi-layered materials recently seized the attention of the aerospace industry because of their smaller weight-to-strength ratio than that of traditional materials. The investigation of the drilling burr formation between layers of materials is in need to ensure the necessary hole quality. The problems to be solved are discussed in this report.
