Study of Burr Formation in Micro-drilling

Abstract 

A literature review of drilling burr formation shows that very little research has been conducted in the area of micro-drilling and less on micro-burr formation. The results of two previous studies are explained and the need of further studies deduced. The parameters of this study are defined.
